Dr Shobha Joseph

Dr Joseph completed her medical degree at St John’s Medical College in India, followed by specialist dermatology training, graduating with an MD in Dermatology in 1997. She practised in India and the United Kingdom before relocating to Melbourne, where she undertook further advanced training at St Vincent’s Hospital.

She has held specialist consulting roles at the Skin and Cancer Foundation (now the Skin Health Institute) and St Vincent’s Hospital, and has contributed to skin cancer services across multiple institutions, including the Western Hospital Skin Cancer Clinic and the Skin Cancer Triage Clinic at St Vincent’s Hospital.

Dr Joseph is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists and is actively involved in the education and mentoring of dermatology registrars. She contributes to training programs at St Vincent’s Hospital and the Skin Health Institute, including the Psoriasis and Biologics Clinic.
