Frequently Asked Questions
We strongly encourage patients to obtain a valid GP referral prior to their consultation. A referral may allow you to claim a Medicare rebate and also helps our specialists communicate with your GP to support continuity of care and ongoing management.
Fees depend on the complexity of your condition and the type of assessment required. If you have a referral, Medicare may cover part of the cost. Please contact our team to discuss consultation fees and available Medicare rebates when booking your appointment.
Please bring your GP referral, Medicare card (if applicable), a list of your current medications, and details of any previous skin treatments or creams you have used. If relevant to your condition, we also encourage patients to bring along any recent blood test results, biopsy results, or relevant medical correspondence.
